Great product. I had doubts about its shelf life because I didn't see anything in the ingredients to feed the bacilli, but it works all right! I used to take Florastor in the morning and Phillips Colon Health at night, which was expensive but effective. One of these lactobacillus gasseri capsules in the morning has all the same benefits! And it doesn't bloat me up, either. I'll keep buying this and I recommend it.
