I've been taking the activated homocystein B12 for 5 years now.

I used to use another much more expensive brand but this works just as well at a reduced price.

This product includes the active forms of B6, B12 and folic acid, which is great. And includes TMG, which is also great.I have just one minor complaint. And that is, I wish the active folic acid was only 400 mcg instead of 800. I would take two a day, to get 1000 mcg of active B12, 100 mg of active B6 and 1000 mg of TMG. But, if I did that, I would get 1600 mcg of active folic acid, which I think is too much.That is why I'm only give 4 leafs instead of 5.

This product contains a combination of products recommended by my doctor and it is less expensive than buying the ingredients separately. Can't rate the effectiveness and satisfaction as excellent until I get results from my next lab tests several weeks from now. No other way to tell if it is working but keeping my hopes up.

Really love most of the components in the formula, just wish they would use P5P instead of the standard B6.

Based on the research I've done on homocysteine regulation, this product has the proper ingredients in the proper amounts to be effective.

I started taking this because I read about the benefits in a health book. Then I was in to see the doctor for my check up, she asked if fI was taking any pills or supplements. I told her I was taking the Homocysteine Formula and the other supplements I was taking and she said good.

This is an excellent combination of supplements, decreasing the # of pills needed. For those with genetic inability to utilize standard forms of folic acid and B12, this has both in methyl form. My energy level with methyl folate is distinctly improved. Good TMG dose is additional benefit and cost savings, with a 50 mg P5P bonus.
